Silver Plan Restaurants

I'm thinking of going with the silver plan for our trip - my husband is a huge eater and I think this may save us some money.

I know some of the fancier restaurants use two wishes, and the rest only one.

My question is - do all the park/resort restaurants take the wishes? I can't find a list anywhere - all everything says is "over 125 restaurants"
