Silver plan question about wishes

My husband and I are using the silver plan from Dec 17-23, and have all of our PS made. On the 21st we are having dinner with his daughter and fiance, plus 1 child. My question is this. . .can we use our wishes to pay for the 4 adults dinner? We are going to the Concourse steakhouse, and I know we would get a better deal for our wishes if we used them there, and paid for one of our breakfasts. . .
Any information would help. . .

YES, you can. We did that at Sci-Fi - we had 2 Wishes left at the end of our trip, and told the waitress that we wanted to use them for the adult dinners. There was no problem!

I'm not sure if you can use them to pay for someone else's meal. They wouldn't let us do that when we were on the silver plan and my sister joined us for a few days, even though they messed up our wishes and charged us 22 wishes for breakfast one morning. We didn't get them all back until the last day and had to use them on souveniers and things we didn't really want.
