Must you have a package to book the silver plan?

We have a room only reservation and bought FL Res Play 4 days passes. Can we add the silver plan for meals? I'm guessing the answer is no but it never hurts to ask.

You gotta have the package, as it is an add on to the dream maker. The silver was our favorite until they changed tons more restaurants to 2 wishes...it just used to be Cali Grill, Yachtsmans, Coral Reef and about 3 others....all the changes left out most of our faves, like Jiko!
