Silver Pass what is it?

We were walking around AK doing some shopping yesterday when this lady whips out this Silver Pass and she got a 40% discount at a pin kiosk in the parks?

Does anyone know what a Silver Pass is and if so who qualifies and what it may cost?

Now the one to get would be the Gold Pass. I know Michael Eisner has one, and probably a few others at top management levels.

For one thing, I'm told the Gold Pass allows unlimited admissions into any park, with unlimited accompanying guests.

That would be nice.

We were going to take the Keys to the kingdom tour this trip but they were all booked up.
