Here's what I read from a website:

Choice of two Magical Wishes Features per person, per night.

O.k. Dave (my fiance') and I each get 2 magical wishes per day. If I choose to eat dinner at the Coral Reef, does that one wish cover dinning for both of us, or does Dave have to use one of his wishes to dine with me at the Coral Reef that night?

Thanks for any clairity on this!

Well, first off Coral Reef is a two-wish restaurant. Each person dining on wishes is charged for those wishes. In the instance of Coral Reef, the total 'charge' would be 4 wishes - 2 for you and 2 for Dave. Make sense?

Actually, I just did the calculations for both of us dinning at the Coral reef for dinner. 4 wishes to dine there costs $134!

We ate dinner at the Coral Reef last year and only paid $80. That included an appitizer, two entrees, drinks, coffee, and deserts.

I guess we'll skip on the sliver plan because it doesn't look like we'll be saving any money.

Thanks for the reply though,

It really depends on where you eat whether Silver is a good deal or not. We found on our last trip (14 days in December on Silver) that we got a much better bang for our buck at the one wish restaurants. For example, at Portobello Yacht Club we each used one wish and the bill was over $160. At Citricos we each used two wishes and the bill was around $130, so we only broke even.

There are definitely pros and cons to the plan. The pros are that you can order the most expensive thing on the menu without feeling guilty. The cons are that you often feel obligated to order the most expensive thing on the menu to get the best use of your wish.

That being said, we really enjoyed the plan. We ate at restaurants we wouldn't have normally eaten at, ordered things we wouldn't normally have ordered (we found out that we love creme brulee and salmon, for instance), and didn't worry at all about what it cost us.

lovespugs,

Thanks for the information. I'll have to look into this more before I discount it!

Thanks,
