Can you watch dvds bought in America in England? Ive got my eye on Disney Scene it! which you can only get in America at the moment!

Also for the ladies (or men maybe!), someone mentioned hair straightners dont work in America? surely if you have an adaptor, it should work?!!

Any help appreciated!

Hi, I bought the Disney scene it although I have not played it yet (saving it for Christmas Day)
You have to have a multi region DVD player that will allow you to play region 1 DVD's.
Hair straighteners, my DD took her GHD's over and they worked fine, a little longer to heat up but they worked. Others however have said that theirs didnt!!
