How cool are the TS restaurants in this heat? We're going Aug 30-Sept 5. We're having lunch at H&V with Jojo. DD has a jojo costume I got last year on clearance and while its WAAAAY too hot for her to wear it around the parks, I thought about putting it on her just during the meal. Will she totally swelter?
