Silly question regarding Song/Delta switch

I have a silly question. How do you find out if your Delta flight has been switched to a Song flight? We leave in 3 weeks and I keep checking the Delta site and our flights are still listed there. I also check my confirm number and it still shows up on Delta site. So I assume we are still on Delta.

All I did was log on to Delta and click on my itinerary and there it was.

Song says it's not flying out of Boston until June so maybe that is why??

Thanks. I just wanted to make sure I was checking the right places. I would hate to get a surprise when we got to the airport.

If your BOS-MCO Delta Express flight is after approx. June 1, it will be changed to a Song flight. It will show up both in Delta.com and Flysong.com. Use your Skymiles account number, if you don't have one, you need to specifically call Delta and have any previously purchased itinerary linked to the Skytmiles account.

>>> surprise when we got to the airport...

When I called (ca. 4/14) to make a seat change I was told that my Delta Express ticket (for November) ahd to be re-issued, no charge involved. The agent said that if I hadn't called, the reissue would have to take place at the airport on departure day. It is a good idea once you find your flight was switched to Song,m to call, find out seat assignments, and make a seat change request. This will trigger any re-issue that is needed, saving time at the airport.

Maybe re-issues will be done automatically eventually or may not be needed in all cases, I don't know.

You are right. I just called and they re-issued my e-tickets. It did take about 1/2 hour and 2 phone calls to finally get the email but the tickets now say "Song" and show the new flight numbers and my seats numbers.

The Song flights are now showing up with 'Song' next to the flight number, when you book the flight on Delta.com
