I've never been, is a costume required? I got my special event tickets today and it is loaded with the do's and don'ts re: costumes.

Costumes NOT required, but it does make it more fun.

Costumes are not required, but it is an opportunity for adults to wear one. You will also see many adults in Halloween themed shirts, hats, or headbands.

No but LOTS of adults are wearing them. We've been going for a decade, all adults, all in costume.

Yes. They sell regular Disney Halloween stuff during the day at parks, hotels etc and as the party starts you can buy Party specific things. You can get tshirts, mickey ears, mickey hats.
