Silly question re: breakfast times at CP

Hi - this may be a silly question but here goes. We're considering having breakfast at the Crystal Palace which runs until 10:30 a.m.. If we make our ADR's for 10 a.m., how long do we have to eat? Does the buffett end at 10:30? Confused and frankly, not that bright at the best of times.

We have had ADR's for Crystal Palace for as late as 10:15 and we have been there eating until 11:00 a.m.--from the breakfast buffet.

The latest breakfast seatings are our favorites. It's not as crowded, the character interaction is fabulous. The staff will often break down one side of the buffet to prepare for lunch, but the other side is always kept stocked and fresh. We love to hit the parks at rope drop, ride like crazy, and then have a late breakfast/brunch for a nice break. Once, as we were finishing eating, there was no one else around us! We got a family pic with Eeyore with nobody else in the picture! And Pooh played ring-around-the-rosie with my kids. It was great!
