I found a great new recipe for baked spaghetti. I've never made this before. It says to put cooked ground beef in then spaghetti then more ground beef. Okay here's the dumb question: Do I cook the spaghetti before I put it in the dish? The receipe doesn't say anything. After add cheese and cook in oven for about 20 minutes.

I'd cook it for a couple of minutes less than usual (unless you've got fresh spaghetti, which would be fine as is). Otherwise it might not cook.

Yes. Anytime you make a pasta dish in the oven you have to partially cook the pasta first.
Remember to also cook the beef too.
And another bit of advice, don't feel like there is too much sauce because when you finish that pasta in the oven it needs to absorb the liquid to grow and cook.. so just add a little extra so you don't end up with dry pasta.

Good luck! :thumbsup2
