Silly Question? Jogger Stroller tires on plane?

I just purchased a Baby Jogger City Series Double Stroller. It is 29 inches wide. I figure the doubles at Disney seem to be bigger than that, and that we will have it when the kids fall asleep on the ride home to the hotel, we can bring it up to the room and keep them asleep. Hoping for the best, and hoping it was a good purchase. (it has not arrived yet)
That is actually the stroller they use at the Disney-MGM Studio - although it is not identical, the basic design is very similar. The other parks have different strollers that are molded plastic.
It was made by Baby Jogger for them. I don't know if it still says, but it used to say on their website that it was designed for a major theme park and the first versions of the City Series looked much more like the park ones. The first Studio strollers had the single large wheel, but they pretty quickly changed to 2 small wheels in the front for both the single and double strollers. The MGM stroller has a different configuration for the front tires to make the stroller shorter and less likely to bump people in front of it.
Here a link to the Baby Jogger City Double.
And a picture of the MGM stroller:

We have one of those bike trailor doubles. It has a stroller attachment, so the front wheels are small stroller wheels that sit under the seat and do swivel. We have taken it to Disneyland tons and no one has ever said anything about it, unless it was a compliment. It is easier to manuever in a crowd than many double strollers, and it's really comfortable for the kids, plus with all of the reflectors it is more visible at night.

Thanks for this! That is encouraging that it will fit everywhere if Disney themselves use something so similar. :woohoo:

I've seen MBUD's in the parks many times. They are definitely allowed.

I've also seen a fair number of E3's with the double kit lately; it's fun to watch people's heads swivel when they see them. :teeth:

I think a double jogger would be too big to deal with personally. I would just rent one of the Disney strollers, especially since you have a 5 and 7 year old. Have a great trip!

We rented a double stroller at each park last year. MGM is the only park with the jogging strollers, and it fit 2 big kids much better than the molded plastic strollers at the other parks. If I owned a double jogger, I'd definitely bring my own!
