Anyway, we are sharing a 2 bed with some family at OKW this year. We have free DDP. We plan to eat many Table Service meals together but not all.

Is this ok? How about linking my booking to make dining reservations? Anyone see any potential problems?

Or - can they split the DDP accounts into the two families at check-in?

You will be able to eat separately as much as you want, but your dining credits will be pooled together.

yes, the group can split for dining, you do not have to eat together at all meals

If the two families make different adrs on the same night use different names.

There are unconfirmed rumors that occasionally two adrs on the same night with the same name and phone number wdw may cancel one just a heads up

The 2 families will be making reservations in 2 different names -- the way I read it.

Ditto on this..there are reports of disney cancelling what they think are "double" bookings of adrs.
