I thought that webbies were like a plastic charge card, and you can take it anywhere with you, and can add funds to it at anytime. But, when I went onto their site, it stated that it was an online GC, and can be used to purchase anything on the web. Can someone clarify? If a web-certificate can only be used for purchasing on the web, what is the "charge card" you can get called?

Webcerts can be used two ways-online, where you only need your account number to purchase something and the plastic card which allows you to use the card at stores that require a physical card to run through the credit card machine.

I ordered the plastic card last year and have used it in stores. It's good up to the limit you have in your account. The card costs $6.95 and you order it from webcertificate.com using another credit card. They send you the card in about 2 weeks (at least that was the way it was when I ordered mine). The card is blue and has the webcertificate.com com name on it with the mastercard logo. It looks just like any other credit card.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
