Silly question about podcasts???

I have heard about Jillian Michaels "podcast" on the biggest loser thread. I'm not really sure exactly what a "podcast" is. Is it something that I can listen to while I work out to motivate me?? Or is that not what it is for??

Hi Disney Chick!

I love Jillian's Podcast's - I download them every week. Do you have Itunes? You can download a subscription at Itunes - It's KFI AM 640 - The Sunday shows. I then delete all but Jillians. Or you can do a google search for Jillian KFI Radio show and on there you can find links to dowload each individual show. I take them and listen to them when driving to work. I love her show.
 
I do listen while I work out sometimes, but it obviously doesn't get you going like good music will. Try one out--they're free to download, and one will be all you need to listen to to find out if it's something you're interested in. She just talks about diet and fitness topics that have caught her interest, and answer's caller's questions. I listen to her every week.

I just really didn't know that it was. I didn't know if it was maybe Jillian screaming at you like she does the BL contestants!! :rotfl: Just kidding!!
