Silly ADR question

Who "qualifies" as a # in your party when making ADRs?

Example, we're traveling with 2 adults, a 9 year old, and 2 infants; am I supposed to count the infants in my party? I'd love enough room for them to be in high chairs at the table, so I'm thinking yes?

So, my party # is 5, correct?

Thank you! I have no idea why that concept was so hard for me. I think I'm making myself a little "Disney-Crazy"

You have to count everyone because each restaurant has a maximum number allowed for fire codes.
