Are there any cheaper silicone band holders than the Bitbelts to keep Magic Bands from coming undone? I need 4 of them and the Bitbands seem much more expensive than other brands that work for various Fitbits, but I'm not sure if any other brands will fit the Magic Bands.

We got our Magic Bands today and they seem really secure to me, but I've read a lot of people seem to have issues with them popping off and since we're taking a 9-night trip I'm worried about the holes loosening from popping them on and off daily.

Would a zip tie work? They are very cheap, can be cut to length and if you keep a pair of nail clippers with you can be cut off right away.
Also a velcro cable holder might work-the kind you use to wind up your power cords and secure.

I plan to use the tiny rubbery elastics I use for my daughter's hair. I've read that others have used them and they work well. They come in lots of colours so you can match to your MB and they're super cheap to buy!

The Bit Belts site has discount codes. I bought 4 rg and 1 jr glow in the dark for $14, and they threw in 2 free. 1 rg and 1 jr.

My Fantasy Bands has 2 sizes of silicone "band bits" in a variety of colors. Mine in the small size were $4.00 each.

These all sound like they would work and you can find them all at a Dollar store usually.

I had 2 8day trips and my magic bands never came undone.

I can't comment on BitBelts, but just returned from an 8 day trip with no issues for anyone in our party of six. I messed with mine frequently, snapping and unsnapping dozens of times throughout each day. I thought it might come loose, but never did.

We were there for 8 days and never had a problem even with my DD's. and we had to take her's off every time we entered a park, used a FP or her disability access pass.

I agree with other pp's. We probably have 20 MB in a drawer from past trips and never had one come off of the 4 of us. Including 2 visits to TL.

Alright, thanks everyone...it sounds like I don't really need them which is great. :)

if you think you do need them, check out the things they sell to help keep fitbits on. I got some for our family's fitbits off amazon for about $5 for a pack of 12. I would get the kind for the flex.

Search eBay for magic band "sliders." Disney provides them for annual passes and DVC members, and some get resold for cheap online.
