Silhouette art from photo?

Does anyone know if the CMs that do the silhouette art can do it from a photo? Our last trip we tried 2 separate times to get the kids silhouettes done together as we had done our previous trip and both times they had a sign up saying they would be back after we had to be somewhere else.

My Hubby and I are going back in May without the kids and I'm wondering if they will be able to do the silhouettes from photos if we take pics of the kids profiles???
