I sent my contract last week, my event manager contacted me to introduce himself yesterday. My planning session isn't until October as my wedding in Next March. What should I expect or need to do from now until the planning session?

Its' been about 5 years since our intimate little wedding at the Poly...which is the best location unless you want to go all out for the Pavillion. After we signed our contract, the same happened with us and then Disney sent us a packet to choose everything from cake to music to flowers. Now I don't know if you having a big shindig, but it was a very enjoyable process for us. We invited our parents and siblings only and would not hesitate again to do it that way. No, our entire family did not get to attend but we had a huge party once we got home. We spent the extra money we saved on lots of pictures and the professional video. And you absolutely have to get a picture session done at MK. The pics of my husband and I are the absolute best. Their hanging all over the house and even thought they are not the actual wedding pics, the are wonderful and well worth the price. And after 3 years, Disney will sell you the negatives...or at least thats how they did it in 01. Congrats and have fun with it!
