Signature Permissions

I have a question about editing your signature. I see that you can add images to it if you want and if your signature permissions says yes to this
Can Upload Images for Signature. For me it says no and I don't know why. I was wondering if I could change it myself or if someone else is in charge of it. I really want to add an image to my signiture, but can't. Can someone help me? Thanks! Also I have another question that has to do with images. I was wondering if you can add an image that you have saved on the computer to a post. I wanted someone to make me a name disign with disney character images that I have saved on the computer, but I can't. Is it possible to add them or do I have to have the url for each image? Can someone help me with this?

The signature permissions have nothing to do with it. No one is allowed. To learn how to add photos to your signature please take a look at our FAQ thread and the Video Tutorial stickied at the top of the thread list.

Thank You. Why isn't anyone allowed? What is Signature Permissions than? I don't understand where you are telling me to go to find out how to add photos. Also, where do I go to create a photo album and if I create an album, can I use the photos in it in a post?

The FAQ thread is found here: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1760755 I see you already found the video tutorial. They should be able to walk you through how to set up a hosting account to load photos and then post them here in your signature.
