Signature instructions

Hi everyone,

I am admiring everyone's signature and wanted to know how you add the visual of which home site we are with, such as AKV and the countdown to your next visit. I have looked and looked but it must be staring me in the face as I can not find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
