Signature Dining with wheat allergy

Hello fellow DIS'ers,

DH wants to try a signature restaurant -- Jiko, Narcoossee's or Cali Grill -- on our next trip. We've had great success with the 'regular' table service restaurants so we figure that the signature places would be able to accommodate my wheat allergy just fine.

Any GF or wheat-free DIS'ers out there with recommendations about the above 3 restaurants, please share.
