Signature dining with a picky eater?

During our next trip to wdw we will be able to use our dining plan to hopefully go to one signature dining meal, our first ever. My problem though is that my brother is a super picky eater. He doesn't like any weird sauces or any vegetables. He is 17 so can't order off the kids menu like he probably would like to do. My question is what signature resturant has a menu that my bro could find something to eat. Thanks.

Sounds like me, lol. I like certain sauces, but don't like anything really creamy and I don't eat any vegetables or seafood. I'm a meat and potatoes kind of girl. No matter what restaurant I go to, I'm always able to find a chicken or steak dish and they can leave off the sauce or put it on the side.

We've done Yachtsman, Artist Point, Narcoossee's, etc.

Narcoosees has great food and can make it "plain" for a picky eater. My DD has multiple food allergies and had a filet,potatoes and green beans I think. I'm sure they are used to picky eaters. Don't worry.

That's so funny. I'm a picky eater and really only eat at Signatures. CSs scare me.

I have seen people make up meals of sides and/or appetizers. I do believe they can and will allow adults to order off the children's menu. They just increase the size of the dish and increase the size of the bill accordingly.

Yachtsman is good for a picky eater. You can order the steaks without the sauce and substitute side dishes. I had an exellent filet mignon that came with simple mashed potatoes and no veggies. The steaks aren't seasoned with anything other than salt and pepper, so you don't have to worry about unusual flavors.

Sounds like me! I'm a vegetarian.

Most restaurants at WDW are very accommodating! I LOVE pasta and vegetable stir-fries. My wait staff would ask the chef what they could make and come back with suggestions. I never had one bad meal!

Italian places have a lot of options. I suggest Mama Melrose's in Hollywood Studios, Coral Reef and Tutto Italia in Epcot. I haven't eaten at Via Napoli but I have heard they make GREAT pizzas.

You can go to Cali Grill and get a plain filet

Yachtsman has amazing steaks too

You can ask for sauces on the side as well

I recommend Yachtsman. You could easily get meat and potatoes without sauce there.
