Signature Dining on 2019 Dining Plan

I am confused about the beverage options available at Signature Restaurants using the 2019 dining plan. On the Disney site I read, (2018 bolding mine) "
Signature Dining Restaurants:
Experience an elegant Table-Service option with a wide selection of cuisines ranging from traditional African, Indian and Mediterranean to premium steaks and fresh seafood.

Each meal from a Signature Dining restaurant includes:

• 1 Appetizer
• 1 Entrée
• 1 Non-alcoholic Beverage (or Alcoholic Beverage, for Guests 21 and older—2018 plan only)
• 1 Dessert
• https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/disney-deluxe-dining-plan

Does the mean that alcoholic beverages are not included at signature restaurants in 2019? I tried to search but couldn't find any past threads that discuss this.

I know I may have to call to clarify, but I figured I am more likely to get the right answer here. Thank you.

2017 did not have alcohol option while the change was introduced in 2018

Once again, this is Disney's copy editors not doing their job. Alcohol was added in 2018, but was announced in 2017. They had to make the distinction on the website until 2018 rolled around and everyone was on that plan.

There's always a chance they will take it away, but there have been no rumblings of them doing so.
