Signature dining MYW

Could someone please explain what signature dining is? Is, say, a meal at Coral Reef one of the MYW sit down options? How do you know which of the hundreds of restraunts participate in the MYW dining?

A "signature" restaurant is a one that participates in the MYW dining program, but requires TWO table service credits instead on one. They are the more expensive restaurants, such as LeCellier and the Coral Reef. If you dine primarily at only the signature restaurants, the dining plan is of questionable value. However, there are MANY good Disney restaurants that are not classified as "signature", and if those appeal to you the plan is a great deal!
