When will they come out? *WILL* they come out? We have a trip to the FW Cabins booked for May...I cannot believe it will be over $1100 to stay there for 3 nights! We always stay either Swalphin or rent DVC points so I am used to paying $170 per night max for our room. We are going with another family that has a camper so we really want to stay at FW! Anyone here have some hope, optimism, positive energy, suggestions?

Thanks!

I would love to know when they will be out as well! I think they will come out next week. Hopefully! =)

yeah...come on, Disney!

yolie-what part of Fla are you in. I am in Broward, in Plantation. Where are you staying at your next trip?

(while waiting for a discount, let's pass the time getting excited for our trip)!:cool1:

Hi- We are going in May and are staying at The Beach Club... I live in dade by Miami lakes close to I-75... When are you going?:cool1:

Was on phone this am with CM who said he though they would be out today or wed but they would be about the same discount as passholder rate . Also said he thinks FD will only be by sent PIN for quite some time. We shall see.

I was wondering what the requirements are for being able to use FL resident discounts. We own property down there but don't actually live there.

Good News! They are out!

Special savings on reservations are available for Florida residents on select dates. Black out dates may apply. Minimum length of stay requirements may apply for Friday or Saturday arrivals. Weekend rates may be higher. These are usually great rates at a Disney resort, but numbers of room availability is limited. Proof of Florida Residency required at check-in.

• New! Florida Resident room only discounts are available for check-in dates April 25 - June 2, 2011. Ask for Code A2B for discounts of up to 40% off, depending on when and where you stay. Prices start at $90 per night at Disney Value Resorts (excluding Disney's All-Star Movies Resort).

Sample Pricing:

• Disney's Coronado Springs Resort (double adult occupancy) standard room: $137 per night
• Disney's Wilderness Lodge (double adult occupancy) standard room: $218 per night
• Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa Deluxe Studio: $204 per night

Rooms fill up fast! Book through June 2, 2011. Excludes suites and 3 bedrooms.

Note: There will be a change in policy for this offer. Florida Residents may book up to three rooms at the same resort. At least one (1) adult is required to show proof of Florida Residencyy upon check-in. However, one Florida Resident is no longer required per room

awesome!:cool1: I am going to call right now!

yolie-We are going May 12-15, FW Cabins. Woohoo!

Well, my total went from $1164 to $815. Still a heck of a lot of money, but much more palatable!

Thank you so much for the news! Got a bedroom at Saratoga Springs for the weekend before Memorial Day. . .still more than I want to pay, but better than what I had, which was no discount. :thumbsup2

Grats Florida Residents!!

But still only through June 2nd. Come on Disney give up the summer codes!!!!

I did OK.... Not that great but I think it's because the Beach Club Is sold-out around the time I am going in May. Went from 1680 to 1380.... Not to shabby! ;)....

I just called and was quoted $120 per night for PC (preferred room), for May 20-22. That's crazy IMO.

Oh goodie. We just stayed at the cabins last month and absolutely loved it! Would love to stay there again before it gets terribly hot (and buggy at the cabins) plus hoping to get there before our Wild 4 Play passes expire. (we have 1 day left from out last trip and we can upgrade to seasonal APs before then). Will have to see if there's an online link to the lastest discounts.

We are neighbors to the north in Broward.:goodvibes

Thank you, jwfla422, I appreciate you taking the time to answer my question! Wasn't quite sure where to go for that info! Thanks :)
