Side trip??

Am wondering whether you can go on a side trip? (Arranged either thru Disney or an independent TA?) I ask b/c if I go to China I would want to visit a province not on the destination list, so I would need to leave the group, then meet back up later in the schedule.

Does anyone know whether Disney would accommodate this?

ABD will not arrange the side trip for you, that would have to be done on your own, as far as leaving the group I know that you are not required to participate in any of the activities but when they are transferring from one hotel to the next they do want you there. i would call ABD and discuss this with them.
