Has anyone else had unexpected side effects from their diet and exercise changes? Aside from the obvious weight loss and change in blood pressure, glucose levels, and dress sizes, I've also noticed an improvement in my hair, nails, and complexion. I've even lost that "gotta go, gotta go, gotta go right now" feeling I was starting to get.
(I would assume it's because of the improved abdominal muscle tone, and cutting down on caffeine, etc)
I also discovered that my increased stamina allows me to accomplish more in less time, so even though I'm spending about 1& 1/2 hours a day exercising, I have more than enough time left to get everything done.
My first post weight loss dental checkup is due in a couple of weeks; I'll be interested to see if it's helped there, also.
