Just a few months in and we've got the bug...addoninitis has struck hard!

We made an offer tonight.

BLT 160 with 131 banked points from 2011 through Fidelity. Here's to hoping we are off to ROFR in a week or two!

I don't think my DVC neighbors would be onboard with the extra cowbell! Good thing DH doesn't really read here much!

Well, they didn't dismiss our offer off hand. They countered. We just sent our counter counter. I hope this time tomorrow we are faxing paperwork and signing checks (with unlimited at home cowbell of course!)!

Our offer was accepted! We are on our way to more points! Hopefully we can get the contracts signed tomorrow and be off to ROFR soon!
