Sick AGAIN. Bronchitis?

I'm not @cvjw, but I also thought your original post meant you'd had bronchitis 4x this year.

Ah. I see. No, I mentioned that I've had 3 colds in the last year but was sick again with what I thought was just another cold but then rapidly progressed into something more serious.

My vitamin d levels had dropped again at my last physical in November, so perhaps that's why I've been more susceptible this last year. I'm working to get that level back up.

There's a lot of non-covid stuff floating around right now....ugh! My husband is prone to bronchitis. We found Gaia Herbs Bronchial Wellness and that really helps. Its a liquid and doesn't taste great, but our family and extended family swear it helps "stuff" not move into the lungs. We get it on Amazon, but it is available on other supplement sites too.
