Shuttle

I know that the Car Care Center has a free shuttle when picking up and dropping off a car rental. Does the Alamo location at the Dolphin also have a free shuttle? I will need to get back to POFQ after dropping off the rental.

I don't think so.

Boat or walk to DHS then bus to POFQ.

Bus from Dolphin to AK then bus to POFQ.

There is no shuttle at the Dolphin or really any of the other hotel rental desks. Good options from @Lewisc though I don't think I'd do the AK one, you can also shuttle to Disney Springs but I'd be more inclined to hail an Uber and go direct.

Boat to DHS, bus POFQ or just Uber.

I wouldn’t shuttle to AK or DS. AK bus will be more of a time suck than taking the boat to DHS, Dolphin DS bus drops off at the side of DS and you’d have to walk half of DS to get to the Disney buses in the center.

The obvious. Drop off on your way to EPCOT, DHS or a stop at one of the area restaurants.

Free transportation will turn a 10 minute ride share to maybe an hour experience
