Shuttle to Celebration?

We would LOVE to buy a house in Celebration. It has such a close knit since of community....then I remember how I can't ever get along with neighbors and realize that the houses are way to close together.
However, if I was a zillionaire it would be a great vacation home.

Celebration is so nice to walk around and visit the shops, get something to eat (great restaurants), have an ice cream down by the lake. Don't forget about the pet store with their gourmet dog treats. Our baby gets a doggie bag each trip.

Celebration has become a must do each trip!

I think there is a new dog treat store...either opened recently or opening soon.

The closeness really depends on your particular neighborhood. I am very lucky to have some of the best-ever neighbors but I know people who don't even know the people right next door to them. It's really luck of the draw. Our neighbors are the back-door kind of friends who randomly pop by for coffee or hang out with us on the porch. Definitely the stereotypical Celebration kind of thing.

I work at a mortgage company that has a presence in Florida, and we do not have any investors that will purchase a loan on a condominium in Florida. (we sell our loans on the secondary market and sell to about 12 different investors including large lenders like BOA, Chase, and WF) I wish it weren't that way, as it makes it tough for those who just want to take advantage of low rates refinancing.
