Shuttle service from Long Beach

First time flying into LGB so I'm unfamiliar with the shuttle services there.
Anyone use AMPM Shuttle? www.ampmshuttlecom ?

I hate taxis and would like to avoid using one if possible but if there are no reputable shuttle companies we may go that route. I think next time it may be worth the extra cost to fly into SNA just because of never having to worry about transportation.

There are several shuttles that go in and out of SNA. There's a transportation thread, I'll post it if I can find it. Super Shuttle does go in and out of there, that's who I usually book. They always have coupons floating around too. There is also a shuttle that just sits on the other side of the road waiting for people, all the time. Can't remember the name of them, but you will see them after picking up your luggage. LGB is a tiny airport and easy to find things.

We use Super Shuttle anytime we go anywhere. That's my recommendation.

We used zippy shuttle out of LGB and liked them. They are private vans priced like a taxi ($45/way) but cleaner.

We like Super Shuttle and use them out of SNA, but out of LGB they are more expensive than a taxi.

I noticed that as well. Supershuttle was a lot more. I was floored by the website for Mickeys Space Shuttle...something like that. Their website has pictures of Disney's bus destroyed in a fire and crashed. Unbelievable advertising tactic. It's awful.

Mickey's Space whatever has been discussed extensively here. If presentation is anything, it is HIGHLY agreed that their site is frightful.

Super Shuttle may not be the cheapest, but they are a highly known and reputable company.

I know you say you hate taxis, but they have van taxis right outside LGB and they have flat rates to Disneyland (I think $45) and this accommodates up to 6 people so it is much less than a shuttle service if you have more than 1 person.
