Shuttle Service: Airport to Hard Rock?

Is there a free shuttle service that will take guests from the airport to an onsite hotel?
I thought I had either read or heard that hotels provide free shuttle.
If so, when I booked my hotel at the HR, I didn't see anything.

I don't know much about hotel shuttles but I do know there is no free transportation offered. Someone who stays at the resorts will come along and give their thoughts on the services they've used.

We just take a cab. It is about $50 including tip.

TA I was working with at one time mentioned that all US onsite hotels offer free shuttle to and from airport. I have seen nothing to back up that claim.

I don't think they offer free shuttles, at least we have never seen them in all our trips. You could use the Mears Shuttle. You can check out their website and make a reservation there or by phone.

TA was wrong. Many TAs don't seem to be very informed about Universal. We have heard of many bits of misinformation that they have given through the years.

The hotels do offer a free shuttle to Wet 'n Wild and SeaWorld.

we always use Payless Transportation. They have the cheapest rates. We have 5 in our group so can't do a cab and Payless was the cheapest cld find.
