Shuttle pick up ?

My friend's family and my family are meeting in Disney in Oct. SHe is staying at the AKL and I am staying at the BWV. She is leaving 2 days before we are. THe thing I am trying to figure out is what time would the shuttle pick her up to take her to the airport for a noon flight home? I was going to try to get over to her hotel for a good bye breakfast but not sure I can get the DH and kids up that early. What do you guys think? 9am?

Probably 9 AM for Disney's Magical Express airport transportation. They say three hours in advance.

SHe just told me she is doing Mears towncar service and that she should call 24 in advance but that isn't very helpful for us. We just don't know how to plan breakfast. NO ONE wants to get up earlier than needed!

Orlando is an International airport - so she needs to be there 2 hours before he flight takes off - it takes around 45 minutes to get to the airport.

so 2 hours and 45 minutes before her departure time.

I think they all will allow 2 hours at the airport. Depending on what time in Oct. and day of week they may be glad that they had 2 hours at the airport.

It takes about 1/2 hr. to get to airport.
