Shuttle or taxi from offsite hotel to parks?

I'm staying at the Hyatt Grand Cypress and the Mears shuttle to the parks is complimentary. Can someone tell me how these shuttles work? Is there "one route" that these shuttles take, stopping at each hotel/park, or do the routes vary depending on the hotel? Is it worth taking a car service/taxi ($25) and being able to depart when you choose or does the shuttle work just fine?

You'll probably have to call the hotel for specifics, as each property has a different arrangement.

Personally, I'd want a rental car. It will probably be cheaper than constantly taking taxis, but considerably more convenient.

Thank you, Brian. Thinking about it more, you are probably right and I am just going to rent a car.
