what is the best way to get from SNA to DLR area? We will be staying at the Quality suites and we thought about renting a car, but I think we would rather not drive. should we use Supershuttle, or a taxi? It will be me and DD20, so no little kids. We are planning on walking to the parks, and will be there for 4 nights.:cloud9:

For just a few bucks more(like $30-40) you can hire a sedan service if you want a private car. I hired an SUV service for me and my family (5 total) they will meet us in the terminal and we will have a private SUV. Don't know how much from John Wayne though we are coming from LAX.

If you go to Limos.com and request a no obligation quote you will be able to compare prices of private sedans or limos to the shuttles and busses.
When you do this search your destination is going to be "Orange County-North" remember this when you pick from the drop down menu on their site.

We have used Supershuttle a couple times from SNA and have been perfectly happy with them. I believe supershuttle is about 25.00 RT per person compared to a taxi costing about 40.00 each way. For the 30.00 savings I would definitely go with the shuttle, plus if you fly in the evening sometimes taxis aren't as easy to come by.

Supershuttle is $11 per person, or you can get a private shuttle for $67 for up to 9 people.

We took a cab from John Wayne to Disneyland Hotel. It was about $40. But for the return, the hotel's valets gave us a coupon good for a flat $35 rate back to the airport
