Shuttle from Long Beach airport questions

im trying to decide about renting a car for just a couple hours to get me from long beach airport to my hotel at Hyatt place Anaheim, then drop off the car at downtown Disney. Cost is $50 after tax. Or get a super shuttle for $35. Can anyone tell me their experience with a shuttle from long beach? Did it take forever? How long did you have to wait at the airport for it to arrive?

You can easily take a cab! Super easy, just walk outside and there they are! We always do that.

Any idea on the cost? Also it will be just me, I'm assuming safe for 1 female? When we take cabs I'm usually with others...

Cabs are $45 flat rate from LGB to DLR area. Most of the time there are shuttles around as well....usually can find one for around $40 and often they go right ahead, not waiting around, unless they have a scheduled pick-up. Cabs are quick and easy,but we've done both.

I do the taxi every time I fly into LGB. I do text DH when I get in, and through the ride, but have never felt uncomfortable.

For what it's worth, I'm a 30-something year old woman who regularly travels by herself.

I have taken supershuttle many times from LGB with just me & DD & the shuttle is always waiting for us when we get off the plain. It only takes like 10 minutes to get to the DL area as well. I use a coupon from here each time as well: http://visitanaheim.org/coupons. I feel safe with supershuttle. I always get drivers that make me feel safe unlike the time I took Kernel shuttle. I will always use supershuttle.
