On the BVS website, if you click on the shuttle link, it appears they can accomodate you if you give them 24 hours notice.

From the shuttle schedule page:
Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, Disney MGM Studios and Downtown Disney.
The service is available as scheduled, on a first come, first served basis.
The driver will load passengers waiting at the bus stop at the Reception Building and each Tower.
The driver will not check in the Towers for passengers.
Please make sure that you are at the bus stop 10 minutes before the appointed time.
The shuttle will not be able to wait past it's scheduled departure time.
Wheelchair lift service is available for wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs and ADA approved scooters -
IF reserved before 5:00PM the day prior for this service.
Strollers need to be closed while on the bus.
NO REIMBURSEMENT will be made for alternate transportation.
