I received an email informing about change of flight time to CDG. I had booked RStransports previously. I've written them an email, but still no answer (and I've written couple of days ago).

Should I write another letter? Or still wait? Or make another booking? :rolleyes1

Send another one stating that you have already sent a mail with no answer. State in the mail you are giving them 48hrs to reply or you will book elsewhere.

They better answer, I don't want to book anyone else. Their price is very good :lmao:

Thanks for the advice, will do.

can you text them? i had a cancelled flight on our last trip out, had to contact rstransports at short notice to advise them and ask them to meet us the following morning instead. I had their phone number from the confirmation email, so I gave them a very short phone call to let them know we were delayed (this was before the flight was cancelled) then they told me to let them know by text if there were any further changes. It worked brilliantly - I text them to say the night flight was cancelled, and I'd need them the next morning instead at 9.30am. They text back to confirm this, and it all went well.

I've always has a reply via email if i've emailed rstransports - you won't need to make another booking :).
