I did the "everything" package with Shutters and there are prints missing. Has anyone had this happen and how did you solve it?

Go to the "My Cruise Photos" site and start a ticket with your complaint. Be prepared to supply dates/number of people/clothing being worn information to help them find the photos.

Scroll down to the "Missing photos from disc" link (on the right hand side) and click on that.
 
The "everything" package does not mean you get a print of every digital photo. You only get what they happen to print out.

Good catch. Yes, Shutters now only includes those prints they print out for the full package, not prints of every photo. That changed about 6 months ago.

I was reading it that there were pictures missing on the CD/USB that they had taken.
 

If you buy the prints, don't forget to check the board. I found one of our son alone with R2D2 and C3PO, while all the rest had made it to my binder. The jpeg was in my file, but the print hadn't made it into the binder, so they'd put it out, hoping people would find their own prints. There weren't many of those, compared to the number of photos they take, but there was a whole wall of them.
