Shula's Restaurant at Dolphin Resort, Porterhouse or Cowboy steak, which would you order and why? Any reviews or food photos would be appreciated.

I get the cowboy steak which is the ribeye. It's my favorite cut...lots of marbling, lots of flavor.

Is the Porterhouse a ribeye steak with just the bone in the meat or does the Cowboy steak also have a bone in the meat?

I don't remember if the cowboy steak has the bone. Porterhouse isn't ribeye - strip steak on one side and tenderloin on the other. Both leaner cuts then ribeye.

Thank you, now I remember. It has been a long time since I had a porterhouse steak and that is the reason that I don't really like it.

It sounds like it will be the Cowboy ribeye steak for me and a nice hot potato on the side.

I was able to get that Restaurant.com $25.00 off certificate for only $2.00 and I plan on using that thing this December.

I can't wait.
