CRO just let me know when I made my PS's that there is a dress code of business casual for Shula's. I assume that khaki's will be okay as that is business casual at my office. Is that correct? Considering how hot it will be, if I get DH out of shorts and into khaki's only to be turned away at the door....I won't be very popular!! :p

Thanks in advance for any info. ;)

It is stated as resort casual I thought. I have been thee a number of times. I have seen it as WDW Casual. Comes as you are. Tees, shorts, whatever. My advice is dress how you feel comfortable.

Was there in February. Khakis and a dress or golf shirt would put you right in the middle of the group. Perfectly okay. I agree with Eeyore2U, we saw everything from suit or coat and tie down to shorts and sandals. Khakis would be about middle of the road.

The writing on the sign outside of Shula's requests business casual, and *I think* collared shirts for gentlemen.

Resort casual does NOT mean shorts and t-shirts--it's basically the same thing as business casual.

Personally if a restaurant requests a dress code, I think it's incredibly rude to "wear what you feel comfortable in". If you don't feel comfortable adhering to the requested dress code, there are plenty of other places to dine. Just because others are rude or can't read, doesn't mean you need to follow their example.

You're told RESORT CASUAL when you make a PS.

I'm really trying not to start a fight here but here goes. I think being holier then thou is rude. Since based on my visits there is no enforced dress code I'm going to go as I feel and suggest it to others. If they even slightly enforced the code it would be one thing. But they don't.

My advice is dress how you feel comfortable.

My advice and I'm sticking to it.
