Shula's ADR question

I was wondering do I have to call Disney to make a ADR for Shula's & Camp Dolphin or can I just call the restaurant itself & Camp Dolphin? We have never eaten there and we are looking for a good steak/seafood (lobster) restaurant for the adults and then the kids would be free at Camp Dolphin for 2 hours.

I think you need to call the Swan and Dolphin directly. Shula's is not a Disney restaurant.

I am at the Swan right now, and have stayed here 4 times (never eaten at Shula's but I'm sure it's great).

I booked Shula's Steakhouse for the 7th May through Disney dining. The CM was super lovely and very helpful.
