Shows and entertainment not on the official website.

Its been a long time since I've been to Disneyland and I'm using this site https://disneyland.disney.go.com/entertainment/ to plan.

But I've noticed people mentioning shows that aren't listed on there. Mariachi Divas for example. And I'm curious. How many other shows or other entertainments don't make that site's list. Are there things I should look for?

The site has the big ones like Aladdin of course, and they even have the Red Car Trolley News Boys, but its obvious that it doesn't list everything.

I would take a look at the calendar (daily events schedule) for the day(s) you will be there. That seems to include more of the street entertainment style offerings.
