Our boarding group time was 2:00pm and we didn't show up until 6:30pm. We got through no problem, no questions asked.

The app says you have to return by X time, I think about an hour maybe? But all the reports here show people going in much later and having no issues. I hustled all the way across Epcot in the heat to not miss it LOL.

Rarely have people had trouble if they show up late. Showing up early seems to be a bigger problem.
