Hi Guys,
Two part questions:
1.) I bought a 4-day play pass, with park hopper and magic plus options on a Florida resident discount. Will they ask me for ID at the gate?
2.) I bought the same ticket for someone else traveling with me, who I found out after the fact, they are not a Fl resident. I have called ticket sales (left a voice mail) to see if I can change their ticket to pay the full price. Have any of you had this experience? Will they let me keep the same ticket, if I pay the difference to the full price? Or will they make me buy a whole new ticket? (Which is not in the budget, of course!

Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks!
Patty

You must show valid proof of residency when you pick up the tickets. Every person getting a ticket must be a Florida resident to get the discount (however, they aren't likely to ask about children).

What if the tickets are mailed to me in advance? Do they still ask for ID at the gate the first time you use them?

You won't get the tickets in advance. You'll get vouchers that have to be turned in at Guest Relations to get the actual tickets. You will need to show your FL ID at that time.
