First time DCL Cruiser! :cool1:

I am trying to figure out when my dh and I might go to Palo. What times do they start the shows and how long do they normally run? Right now we have 2nd seating and we are being wait listed for fist. I have one ds 4 and dd 7 that I want to MAYBE take to dinner and the show on the same night my DH and I go to Palo. I am thinking of cancelling being waitlisted to first and stay with second and try to fit this all in. I am confusing myself trying to figure out what time to make the reservations. (I can do it in advance...Cat 3 perk.)

The shows start at 6:30 and 8:30 and are about an hour long. If you go on the 4-day cruise, there is an additional matinee show at 2pm on the "at sea" day.

Hope that helps.

Just a friendly suggestion:

You may want to go to Palos' on the day they show "Disney Dreams". They have 3 shows for that day...2:00. 6;30 and 8:30. That way, take the kids to the afternoon show and feed them early, take them to the clubs, and go to Palo's. I beleive Palo's opens at 5 or 6 pm...

I may be wrong, but I think Disney Dreams was on the Castaway Cay day on 3-night Wonder. However by reading the navigators on Barb's website, it doesn't look like there is a matinee show on the 3-night cruise.

Disney Dreams is on the last night of the 3-day....

Do they do matinee shows on the 7 day? Just Disney Dreams, or the others as well?

Thanks for the replies! After checking with DU the earliest reservation we could get at Palo was 6:30 on Friday....so no "double dipping" for us if we want to see the show. :charac2: I was thinking if there was a reservation at 5pm we could get everything in, but we will have to catch the show the next time :flower1: 1st reason to get dh to rebook! I am working on my list :cool1:
mommykeg - I don't know the answer to your question, maybe someone else does??

We were late seating on the 7 day Eastern in June and we saw all the shows during matinee performances.

Unless things have changed, the matinees are a great way to see all the shows and have the evening relaxed and free.
