We were last at Seaworld about 3 years ago end of Sept. I can sort of remember there was a show in the middle looking onto the water but it wasn't on when we were there. Can't remember the name of it. Anyway is there still a show there and will it be on in Oct when we are there? Sorry for hardly any details but memory not as it was.:rolleyes1
Any help appreciated

Hi I think you're thinking about Mistify. It's a fireworks/waterworks show which ends the day. It happens across the huge lagoon and I believe you cna see it best from the Atlantic bayside stadium or across at the Spice mill cafe.
Basically they have water funtains squirting up water, fireworks, soundtrack and they shoot up loads of water to form a dome then project a show basically about a little boy dreaming about his day at seaworld.
Is this the show you mean??

It's only on at high season, however I think it's when the park is open till 10pm. When we were there it wasn't on the first day we went Sat 28th March, but was the second and third visits when you got into Spring Break.
So I don't know but I'd take a guess that it probably wont be one when you go sorry - hopefully someone who's been in October can clarify

Maybe they were referring to the old show on the water--Fusion --- that used to be boats, jet skis etc and lots of flags and kites. You sat in Bay Stadium to watch it. Or maybe the Elmo show which was done during the summers
for a few years now. Both won't be happening in October.

Mystify won't be done in the fall either. Just during the summer and some holidays(peak times). As for sitting at Bay Stadium to watch Mystify. I don't think it is allowed. They close the bridge for the fireworks and I think they move all people after the final Believe show to the waterfront and front side of the lake. Seems like a mass movement in one direction as fast as you can walk to get a spot for Mystify .

They close the bridge for the fireworks but you are allowed to head to Bayside for the fireworks. First night we were there we didn't know where to go but just followed the herds of people coming out of the last Shamu Rocks and we were sent towards the stadium. Then they have a back way which they open up after they close the bridge to get people out of which only seems to be open in the evening - it comes out near the bakery and shops at the front, kinda near the dolphin nursery

I have never been there when they open up Bay Stadium for the fireworks. They always sent us the long way around the lake through the "carnival games " area and by Shark Encounter etc. Wonder if it was changed due to the increasing number of people going to SW this year.

Can you see the show well from the stadium seats? Seems like the roof would block a lot of it. Last year during the summer they did some sort of a night show that you went to Bay Stadium for but was at basically the same time as Shamu Rocks so we never saw it. Maybe that is when they started letting you stay there for Mystify? We quit watching Mystify years ago because it just doesn't compare to wishes. Usually while Mystify is on we are over at Kraken when everyone rides over and over in the last minutes the park is open.
