Our base camp was along beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene before we rode 3 hours to the Salmon River

I am still working on pics from a trip to Virginia back in June 2007. We went to historic Jamestown. This is where my 11-12 Great Grandfather came over. It was an amazing thing to walk somewhere where he couldve stood... and to see his name on an obelisk. The pic I have here is the church that is there at the fort. The original had burned. The light coming through was beautiful.

kmall, is that clingman's dome ( the second one with the tower) it's been probably close to 20 yrs since I've been there but it looks familiar ( still remember the hike up the hill )
